Ida Anderson is an experienced nursing leader who has served in progressive nursing leadership roles for the past 15 years. She is currently the System Director of Adult Critical Care Nursing for UCLA Health. In this role, she has quality, safety, and operational responsibilities for five adult critical care nursing units, the Cardiac Observation Unit, and the Critical Care Transport Team which provides both ground and air transport services for neonates, pediatrics, and adults.

Rebecca (Suzie) Miltner is Professor Emerita at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. Dr. Miltner is nationally and internationally recognized for her contributions to building capacity for quality improvement (QI) work within academic-practice partnerships and creating innovative quality and safety educational programs that are shaping the next generation of healthcare professional leaders to improve healthcare quality.
